Lemon Bars

These lemon bars are so easy and delicious! No measuring or breaking eggs.

Ingredients

• 1 package one-step Angel food cake mix (dry)
• 1 can Wilderness Lemon pie filling
• 1 cup coconut (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat together 1 package one-step Angel food cake
mix, pie filling and coconut (optional)

2. Fold all together and bake 20 minutes in a lightly
greased 10x15 pan at 350.

3. Frost with cream cheese frosting or dust with
powdered sugar.
