Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cake mix
- 1 large egg, at room temp
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- nonstick baking spray
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, egg, milk, butter, and vanilla for 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
2. Spray cake pop wells with nonstick baking spray. fille ach well with about 1 tbsp batter. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. transfer cake pops to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
