Ingredients
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (6-8 oz), drained & chopped
- 1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, well drained (3-4 hrs in colander)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 cups (8oz) shredded Italian blend cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well and spoon into lightly greased 1.5 qt casserole. Bake 325 for 20-25 min or till hot & bubbly
Serve with chips, garnish w/ sour cream & salsa
