Desserts - Fool Proof Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 six ounce packages semi-sweet chocolate morsles
  • 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Preparation

Step 1

In top of double boiler over boiling water, melt morsels with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly onto waxed paper. Line 8 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until set. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Cover and store at room temperature.
