Desserts - Spiced Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1/3 cup Pet milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 2 cups of pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sugar, milk, and cinnamon, stirring constantly until early soft stage (220 degrees).

Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Stir rapidly, coating pecans. Mixture thickens quickly. Pour out on waxed paper and separate nuts.
