Goody Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box Duncan Hines utter or Yellow Cake Mix
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 1 stick of melted margarine

Preparation

Step 1

1 box Duncan Hines Butter or Yellow Cake Mix; 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 stick margarine, melted.

Mix all together and pour into 9x13 baking dish. (Grease pan first)

Combine:

2 eggs; 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese; 1 box confectioners sugar. Mix all together till thick and creamy. Add ½ cup chopped nuts. Pour over crust layer. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
