Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (12 oz each) Johnsonville Original breafast sausage links
  • 1 pkg (30 oz) frozen Ore-Ida has browns, THAWED
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 C. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard or 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/3 C. sliced green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage according to package. Cool slightly; cut into 1/2 inch pieces.

In large bowl combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in has browns, cheese, peppers, onions and sausage.

Transfer to greased 9x13. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.

Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until set.
