    pkg. Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix

  • 1

    pkg. Lemon Pudding & Pie Filling

  • 1

    large Cool Whip Light

  • Cinnamon

Directions

Prepare cake mix as per instructions on box. Pour 1/3 batter into funnel cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour second 1/3 batter in pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add last 1/3 batter into pan and drag knife through to spread cinnamon. Bake the cake according to box instructions. Prepare lemon filling and cool in refrigerator. When cake is cool, cut in 3 layers with serrated knife. Put half of the cooled lemon filling over the bottom layer of cake and cool in refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Do the same with the next layer and cool another 15 minutes. Put top layer on and frost with Cool Whip. It is best to prepare the cake the night before so that it has time to cool and set in the refrigerator.
