Vegetables - Pat Weekley's Veg-All Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg All, drains (large cans)
  • 1 can Water Chestnuts, drained and sliced very thin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together. Put in greased casserole dish. Top with ½ package cornbread stuffing that has been mixed with 2/3 cups melted margarine. Do not cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
