Annes Molasses Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• /4c. Shortening
• 1/4 c. Molasses
• 1 egg
• 1 c. Sugar
• CREAM all of the above.
• 2 c.. Flour
• 2 t. Soda
• 1/2 t. Cloves combine and then add to creamed mixtur
• 1/2 t. Ginger
• 1 t. Cinnamon
• 1/2 t. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Make into small balls and then roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Poke center with your finger. 325% for 10 minutes or until just lightly brown on bottom.
