Cheese & Onion Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 baking potatoes
- 2 medium onions, cut into 1/8 inch slices
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut six 10-icnh squares of aluminum foil. Spray inside of squares with cooking spray.
Cut each potato into 1/4 inch slices, cutting to but not through the bottom of potato
Place 1 potato on each foil square. Top each potato with one-sixth of the onions.
Combine butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
Place 1/2 tablespoon butter mixture on each potato. Wrap each potato with foil.
Bake until potatoes are tender, about 50-55 minutes. Open foil packets and top each potato with sour cream & cheese. Sprinkle with parsley
