Pam's Sweet and Sour Meatloag

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey breast
  • 4 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 1-2 packets Splenda

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. This will be very mushy/soft!
2. Toss the mixture into the rice cooker and hit start. It cooks for 30 minutes and it's done.
3. Unplug and let set 20 minutes covered.
