Cream Cheese Frosting

Frosts a 9x13 cake or fills and frosts two 8 or 9” cake layers.
I also use this recipe on cinnamon rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl on low speed
the until smooth.
2. Add the milk and vanilla.
3. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a
time, until smooth and of spreading consistency.

Refrigerate leftovers.
