  • 1 cup flour, plus more for rolling out noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Step 1

Combine one cup flour and 1/2 tsp. salt in a large shallow bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour and crack two large eggs in the center of the well. Using a fork, beat eggs and gradually start mixing in flour from the sides of the well. When completely mixed, make a ball and begin kneading dough. Using a pasta machine, roll the dough flat, then cut the pasta. Boil and serve! Enjoy!
