Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes quarted
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 kalamata olived-seeded
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 tblsp capers
- 1/4 balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup roasted pine nuts

Preparation
Step 1
combine ingredients except pine nuts and marinate at room temperature one hour. stir in pine nuts.
Serve with pita chips
you can toss this salsa with pasta and add feta cheese for a great main dish
