- ANY VEGATABLES YOU WANT. HERE IS WHAT I USED. POTATOES (VARIETY OF DIFFERENT KINDS AND SMALL ONES.
- WHOLE BABY CARROTS
- BABY PEARL ONIONS
- CALIFLOWER
- RED BELL PPPER
- PARSNIPS
- SEASONING: MIX OLIVE OIL INTO VEG AND TOSS WITH HANDS. USE ROSEMARE, THYME,PARSLEY, SAGE AND SALT AND PEPPER

Step 1
PUT ALL VEGGIES INTO A CASSEROLE BAKING DISH. POUR OLIVE OIL OVER THEM-ABT 1/4 CUP AND TOSS WITH HANDS. ADD FRESH SAGE, FRESH PARSLY, THYME AND ROSEMARY. TOSS AGAIN.
BAKE AT ABOUT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OUR UNTIL DONE TO YOUR LIKING.
