Pemeal Roast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 C Marmalade, melted
  • 2 TBSP Grainy Mustard
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 TBSP Cider Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lb Peameal Roast

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat BBQ to medium heat

Combine BBQ Sauce, jam, mustard, maple syrup and vinegar in a bowl. Microwave on high stirring often for 2 minutes or until smooth.

Brush 1/3 of sauce over roast. Grill turning & basting often for 10 minutes. Turn heat off under roast and set to medium-low. Turn and baster occassionally for 30 minutes or until done. (160)
