Ingredients
- 1 8oz pkg linguine
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken boobs
- 1 heaping tbs Cajun seasoning
- 3 tbs butter
- 1 red bell pepper seeded, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper seeded, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Cook linguine al dente
Place chicken on cutting board, cut each breast into 4 strips and place in resealable plastic bag. Add Cajun seasoning, shake to coat
Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat and cook chicken until tender – about 8 minutes. Add bell peppers and cook and stir for 3 more minutes
Reduce heat to medium and stir in cream, basil, lemon pepper and garlic. Cook until mixture is thoroughly hot. Add cooked linguine, toss while mixture is still on medium heat. Heat until mixture is thoroughly hot. Serve from skillet
