Ingredients
- Pounded Pork Chops
- Bread Crumbs
- Egg
- Beef Bullion
- Butter
- Onion
- White Wine
- Milk/Cream
- Parsley
- spaetzle
Preparation
Step 1
Brown breaded pork chops in a pan
Put on a pan to bake
Add butter and onion to pan, add flour to make a roue
add beef bullion and white wine and boil
add cream or milk, pepper and parsley
Cook until thick and serve over spaetzle
