  • 1 pkg hashbrowns - at least 24oz (completely thawed)
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp minced onoin
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • corn flakes or potato chips for the top

Step 1

Mix all together. Top with 2 cups crushed chips or corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.

Bake uncovered 50 minutes at 350.
