Pecan Pie Tarts

This dish is great for parties. Just pick up a tart and enjoy, instead of having to worry about trying to cut up a messy pie.

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup Soft Butter
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- Filling:
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Corn Syrup
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
In a Large bowl combine the softened butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Slowly stir in the flour until crumbly.
Press 1 Tbsp of crust into each cup with a tart press until dough lines up the sides.
Bake the crust for 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
In a sauce pan combine the powdered sugar, butter, and corn syrup until filling comes to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat. Stir in pecans .
Pour filling into each crust. Bake for 5 minutes.
Let fully cool before removing from pan.
