Ingredients
- Pound Cake:
- 3 C Sugar
- 3 C Flour
- 5 Eggs
- 3/4 Lb Butter
- 1/2 C Amaretto
- 1/2 C half & half
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Glaze:
- 1/4 C + 2 Tbsp Butter
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1/4 C. Amaretto
- 2 Tbsp water

Step 1
Cake:
Bring butter & eggs to room temperature. Grease bund pan and preheat over to 350.
Cream butter. Gradually add sugar and beat until incorporated. Add eggs on at a time.
Mix Amaretto and Cream. Alternate adding cream mixture and flour, ending with flour, until mixed well. Stir ion vanilla. Pout into well greased bundt pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Glaze:
Min ingredients in sauce pan on medium heat and bring to boil. Boil uncovered for 3 min or until sugar is dissolved. Brush over warm cake.
