Grandma's Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 can milk
  • 2 chicken buillion cubes
  • Tabasco Sauce to taste
  • 1/2 pound of 2% Velveeta

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and drain

Add the rest of the ingredients except Velveeta

Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally

Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted
