Ingredients
- 1 package Rotini (cook according to directions; drain well.)
- 2 packages dry Italian dressing mix (make according to 1 package but add 2 packages.)
- 1-2 cans sliced ripe olives
- 5-6 Romano tomatoes
- 1 package shredded cheese-mixed cheeses
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except cheeses and tomatoes. Add 1/3 dressing mix. Refrigerate overnight.
Next day or just before serving, add tomatoes, cheeses and remaining dressing. Toss and serve.
