Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 cans tomato paste (6 oz. each)
- 8 oz box (or slightly more) lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. container cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp.salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 up grated Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and garlic powder, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, basil, salt, tomato sauce and paste. Simmer until sauce is thick.
Cook noodles, drain.
Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
Lightly grease or spray 13 x 9 baking dish. Lay half the noodles in dish and spread 1/2 cottage cheese mixture next. Add 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat layers. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
