Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. butter
- pie crust for 2
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine sugar and flour. Sprinkle 1/4 of it over bottom pie crust. Heap rhubarb over mixture. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and flour. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust.
Bake on lower oven rack 15 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
