Cheesy Spinach Pesto

Ingredients
- 10 oz frozed chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 Tbs dried basil
- 1/4 cup parmesean
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 oz cooked spaghetti

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw and drain spinach well. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Warm over low heat and toss with cooked spaghetti.
