Ingredients

  • 2 Slabs Pork Back Back Ribs
  • 1 can or bottle Miller Lite® Beer
  • Char-Broil® Pinch of Sizzle? Mad Mustard Mop
  • Char-Broil® Pinch of Sizzle? Kansas City Rub
  • Char-Broil® Pinch of Sizzle? Sweet & Sassy Finishing Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

These mouth-watering pork baby back ribs get terrific caramelization and have the perfect blend of sweet and spice.

Remove all packaging on pork baby back ribs and trim any additional loose skin or meat from the ribs.

Place the seasoned ribs on a sheet pan, bone side down, add Miller Lite to pan; cover with foil. Place on low grill; cook for about 1 hour - or until tender.

Remove ribs from the grill, let cool and add some additional Pinch of Sizzle Kansas City Rub.

Place ribs directly on the grate on a low grill with smoker chips; baste every 15 minutes with Pinch of Sizzle Low & Slow Mustard Mop Sauce until golden brown in color (about 30 minutes to an hour).

Place ribs, rib side facing up, then baste with Pinch of Sizzle Sweet & Sassy Finishing Sauce; cook for about 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce. Be sure not to burn the sauce!
