Ingredients
- 16 oz macaroni
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 TBS brown bouillon
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic and tabasco to taste
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 grated carrotts
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 2-3 TBS sweet relish
- Several dashes white wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain macaroni and let cool.
Toss with milk.
Mix sour cream with seasonings, vinegar, and relish.
Chop and grate veggies and eggs and mix with pasta. Add sour cream mixture and toss well. Chill thoroughly.
May add grated cheese if desired.
