• 2 1/3 cups (338g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
• 1/3 cup whipping cream
• Toppings of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Bring 1 inch of water to simmer in medium sauce pan. Place chocolate, butter and cream in a bowl sitting on pan.
