Ingredients

• 2 1/3 Cups Flour
• 1 2/3 Cups Sugar
• 1 1/4 Cups mashed bananas (approx. 3 med-large)
• 2/3 Cups finely chopped nuts (optional)
• 2/3 Cup Oil
• 2/3 Cup Buttermilk
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/4 Tsp baking powder
• 1 1/4 Tsp baking soda
• 1 Tsp salt

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 °.

Grease & flour 2 loaf pans. Beat all ingredients. Bake approx. 45-50 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
