Ingredients
- 4 8 oz steaks - Ribeye
- 2 tbsp dry mustard powder
- 1/2 cup finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano (chopped)
- 1/4 cup thyme
- 2 tbsp thinly slivered fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle steaks on both sides with mustard powder; set aside.
Stir together remaining ingredients in a shallow glass dish (large enough to hold steaks in a single layer). Cover steaks with sauce. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to overnight.
