Chicken Linguine

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless boobs cut into strips
  • olive oil
  • 1 28oz can garlic – onion spaghetti sauce
  • 1 bell pepper seeded, chopped
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 12oz pkg thin egg noodles, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Cook half chicken strips with a little oil in large skillet over medium heat until light brown. Remove, set aside, cook other half

In same skillet combine spaghetti sauce, cheese and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Return chicken to skillet and heat thoroughly.

Place cooked linguine on serving platter and spoon chicken mixture over linguine.
