Ingredients
- 3 ears of corn
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 red onion (or less)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbs minced garlic
- 4-8 shots of tobasco sauce
- 1 tbs ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup lime juice (about 3 limes)
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. You may prepare in advance if you leave the avocados out, then add just before serving. Better to make the night before.
