Ingredients

  • 3

    ears of corn

  • 3

    ripe avocados

  • 1

    red onion (or less)

  • 1

    red bell pepper

  • 1/2

    cup olive oil

  • 1/2

    cup red wine vinegar

  • 1/2

    tbs minced garlic

  • 4-8

    shots of tobasco sauce

  • 1

    tbs ground cumin

  • 1

    tsp chili powder

  • 1/4

    cup chopped fresh oregano

  • 1/2

    cup lime juice (about 3 limes)

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients. You may prepare in advance if you leave the avocados out, then add just before serving. Better to make the night before.
