Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen or Fresh blackberries
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ready made pie crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

roll out one pie crust into pyrex dish and prick to stop bubbling of crust, cook til well done (about 10 minutes)

Combine blackberries, sugar, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla and cinnamon in saucepan and simmer about 5 minutes or until ingredients are combined and butter is melted. (Medium heat) set aside

When bottom crust is done, pour into pie crust and
place top crust on and dot with remaining butter. Bake until brown
