Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup each of finely chopped celery and onion
- 1 8 oz package of Velveta Cheese
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cheese and soup, heating and stirring until smooth. Mix together rice, cheese, soup, onion, celery, water, margarine and broccoli. Season to taste.
Pour into a buttered casserole and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
