Soups - Country's BBQ Vegetable Soup(smaller portion)

Ingredients

• This is the amount Gene makes.
• 2 bags (28 oz each) Veggie Mix
• 2 lbs. stew beef
• 1 16 oz bag of cut okra (1 lb)22 gallons of water
• 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes
• 2 6 oz cans of tomato paste
• 10-12 potatoes, diced into cubes
• 1 chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
• 1/4 cup salt
• 1/2 tablespoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and cook on low heat until done.
