Ingredients
- 1 – 3 oz package lime jello; 1/2 cup water; 1 can of cream of asparagus soup; 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1 tablespoon vinegar; 1 teaspoon grated onion; dash of pepper; 1/2 cup shredded cucumber; 1/4 cup diced celery; 1 tablespoon snipped parsley.
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, mix jello and water; gradually blend in soup. Heat and stir till jello dissolves. Add next 4 ingredients. Beat until smooth w/electric mixer. Chill till partially set. Turn into large chilled bowl and beat till thick and fluffy. Fold in vegetables. Spoon into 5 cup salad ring mold or 6-8 individual serving bowls. Chill till firm. Great!
