Ingredients

    tbs Moroccan Rose Seasoning

  • 1/4

    cup EVOO

  • 1

    15-oz. can stewed tomatoes, chopped

  • 1-1/2

    tbs capers, drained

  • 4

    6-oz. pieces cod or halibut fillet, about 1" thick

  • S&P

Directions

Heat Moroccan Rose Seasoning in oil in tagine over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and capers and simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 10 minutes. Pat fish dry and sprinkle with S&P then add to tagine. Cover & simmer until fish is cooked thru about 10 minutes. Serve over couscous
