Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded & chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded & chopped
- 1/4 cup lofat mayo
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 limes
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbs canned chipotle, chopped
- 12 / cup flour
- 1-1/2 tsps chili powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 lb firm white fish cut into 3"X1/2" strips
- Tortillas or lettuce for wraps

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno.
In medium bowl mix flour , chili powder and 1-1/2 tsps kosher salt and pepper. Pour milk into shallow bowl and place fish in it.
Put 1/4 cup oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat until it shimmers & is about to smoke. Remove pieces of fish from milk and dredge lightly thru flour mixture shaking to remove excess. Add dab of butter to pan and fry fish about 3-4 minutes then flip and fry another minute. Remove to paper towel lined plate & sprinkle with S&P.
Fill tortillas or lettuce wraps with fish then add tomato salsa and drizzle with cream sauce. Serve with lime wedges.
