Ingredients
- 1 box pasta (ruffles, elbows or etc)
- 2 medium yellow squash
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 small onion
- 2 cans crushed or diced tomatoes (i prefer Italian or garlic)
- 1 heaping spoon of minced garlic
- 1 package turkey kielbasa
- Italian spice etc. Mrs Dash all season works fine
- also good to add in beans or corn really anything that you like**
- for the squash, zucchini and kielbasa i usually slice circles then halve those**

Step 1
Start pasta water and cook pasta to your liking. As this begins to boil prepare vegetables are begin directions below.
In a large skillet (medium heat) add a dash of oil, add your cut up vegetables, 1 tablespoon spice ( or to liking) and garlic while that is sauteing cut up your kielbasa then add to the vegetables.
Once the vegetables start to look done about 6-8 mins add your cans of tomatoes, cover and simmer until pasta is done.
Mix all together and serve with shredded or shake Parmesan cheese.
