GINNY'S MOM'S CARAMEL SAUCE

Tasted this over a hot pudding at Christmas once... very yummy.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• vanilla to taste

Make a roux with butter and flour. Add other ingredients and heat till thickened.
