Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 minced carrots
- 2 red peppers diced
- 1 garlic clove crushed and minced
- ¼ cup of pecans
Preparation
Step 1
1. Clean and dry the chicken breasts.
2. Cut in slices, and salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil and sauté the breasts for 3-4 minutes.
4. Turn and cook an extra 3 minutes.
5. Take out of heat and keep aside.
6. Add the remaining oil and add pecans, and cook over medium heat from 2-3 minutes.
7. Add all remaining ingredients and add salt and pepper and cook an another 3-4 minutes.
8. Add chicken and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
9. Serve.
