Mushroom Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1/4 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook all ingredients in a saucepan until mushrooms are cooked and release liquid.
Variation: Instead of fresh mushrooms, use two small cans of mushrooms and heat until warmed.
