Pumpkin Pie Without Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Libby's 15 oz. Can of Pumpkin
  • 1/2 to 3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar Splenda
  • Egg Beaters to Equal 2 Large Eggs
  • One Can of Skim Evaporated Milk
  • Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pumpkin according to the Libby's recipe on can except use the Splenda, Egg Beaters and Skim Evaporated Milk
Bake in a Pyrex dish at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or when knife comes out clean.
Top with Cool Whip for each serving.
