Ingredients
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 1/2 cups butter

Step 1
Sift corn starch, icing sugar and flour together. Blend in butter with spoon, mixing until a soft, smooth dough forms. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a lightly floured fork. Bake in 300 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
