Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 C blueberries
  • 1/3 C water
  • 2 TBLS sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 TBLS water
  • lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

In sauce pan, bring blueberries, water and sugar to boil, then simmer for 3 min.

Stir in cornstarch mix and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 more minutes.
