Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies
- 2 cups heavy cream whipped
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl beat egg yolks, stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in crushed cookies and whipped cream. Pour mixture into 9 x 5” loaf pan lined with foil. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
