Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup sunflour seeds
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Pour onto large cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. When cool add raisins, chocolate chips, or dried fruit if desired.
